Entrepreneur Steve Ellis is developing a platform to create greater engagement between celebrities and their fans. At WhoSay, content such as photos and videos are posted on a page controlled by the celebrities themselves, creating a new arena for a business platform.

Ellis, who previously founded the online music licensing and distribution site Pump Audio, is now creating a new marketplace for celebrity content. They control their own page, which can be monetized by licensing the content, and can easily engage with their fans.
