Chevy Unveils Two New Concepts Aimed At Millennials

By Dave Pinter on January 9, 2012

This morning at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show, Chevy debuted two new small car concepts aimed at younger buyers. The sporty Code 130R and Tru 140S were designed in part with feedback provided from younger drivers.

The red Code 13R is an updated take on Chevy’s heritage styling. The four door coupe includes some performance features such as regenerative braking which captures electricity to reuse in hybrid mode.

The Tru 140S is billed as an “affordable exotic” inspired by the styling of italian sports cars.

GM has setup special kiosks to get feedback from young drivers to gauge interest in the concept for potential production.
