A finance industry recruiting platform asks participants to play assessment games to build and prove their skills.
The Hong Kong-based start-up ConnectCubed has created an online platform where users play assessment games to build and prove their skills in finance. Participants begin by signing up and building out a profile in order to participate in assessment games that help distinguish their skill-set. Financial institutions like banks and hedge funds will pay a fee to access the site’s database, while ConnectCube further sorts applicants through an algorithm that includes metrics ranging from skills to the ability to learn and adapt.
At post, there are two games, one that follows a quiz format and another one is a trading simulator
