Rosewood Hotels & Resorts have a dedicated 24-hour ‘Fragrance Butler’ at their properties in North America and Saudi Arabia, offering guests an exclusive luxury service that gives them complimentary access to a variety of perfumes and colognes.

Guests can borrow from the selection at any time by simply calling the Fragrance Butler, who will then appear at their door carrying a silver tray with ten fragrances. Offerings include Chanel No. 5, Daisy Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford for Men and Bulgari Pour Homme. After choosing the one they want to use, guests can mist themselves and the butler will then leave with the tray until he or she is called upon again.

Additionally, each of the Rosewood Hotels will feature a distinct ‘Fragrance Menu’ tailored to its location, which “suit the nature of the city” where the guest is staying. For example, The Carlyle in New York features the timeless classic Hermes Eau des Mervailles, Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas has the iconic Givenchy Dahlia Noir, and Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver features the effortlessly chic Tom Ford Black Orchid.
