Japanese Denim Store Revives A Bygone Era [Pics]

Edwin opens a store in London's Shoreditch neighborhood, featuring vintage Japanese accessories and reclaimed materials.

Japanese denim brand Edwin opened a flagship store in Shoreditch, East London last week. The store’s interior features a minimalist design with vintage accessories and trinkets.¬†Edwin’s flagship fashion store recalls the materials, decor and typefaces of an older era. Reclaimed wood is used throughout for the flooring and part of the walls, and there is a battered, rustic aesthetic that should remind consumers of times gone by.
