PSFK has uncovered various interesting ways of utilizing Pantone in various media that extend beyond its original purpose of providing a uniform system for coding colors. In a creative gastronomic twist that definitely appeals to the palate, French art director Emilie Guelpa has created colorful tarts, all of which relate to respective Pantone colors. The Pantone-inspired tarts, consisting of lemon, berries, carrots, and candies artfully arranged on an iced tart base, were created as a feature for the latest issue of French food magazine Fricote.
