Kinfolk, a publication and growing community of artists with a shared interest in small gatherings, has created a dinner series hosted in select cities across North America intended to connect people with the rich community that already exists around them. The plan is to host 12 dinners in 2012, once a month in a different city each time. With an emphasis on enjoying local products and fostering meaningful connections at the community level, the idea is to bring people together who share a common place and encourage collaboration amongst local artisans and small businesses.

The next dinner will be held on March 31st in Austin, Texas.
