Red Bull Launches Traveling Pop Up Music Academy

Providing yet another visually stunning creative brand experience, Red Bull recently arranged for a traveling music event in Madrid, Spain. Hosted late last year, the success of the event, which has been happening for nearly 15 years now, continues to prompt the brand to have pop up events in other cities. The mobile music space will be coming to New York September 30th – November 2nd of 2012.┬áThe event will include concerts, audiovisual installations, and workshops. They Academy will be hosting rehearsal rooms, a lecture theater, a recording studio and a garden walkway, creating beautiful spaces to create new music, and be inspired.

Langarita-Navarro Architects were challenged to transform the Nave 15, an open space that provides rooms with unique acoustics to create and research sound. the result experience they provided brought together 60 artists from 34 countries, including renowned producers and musicians. Musicians that want to perform apply by attending introductory sessions which are free.
