Online store Roozt provides a one-stop shop for consumers to find and buy products that are from cause-orientated brands. Part of the proceeds from the customer’s purchase goes towards a good cause, from humanitarian to environmental. Roozt offers a transparent model where relevant information is provided regarding the company and where the proceeds go.
Roozt was originally unveiled in 2010 as a flash-sales websites, offering Groupon-like deals for cause-based brands. After temporary closing down to gain more investment, Roozt was relaunched last Wednesday as a socially responsible online store.
