Luxury brands have an opportunity to reach wealthy consumers with mobile apps; 93% of wealthy consumers who had downloaded a luxury brand’s mobile app report having a positive experience.

A recent study found that 60% of affluent consumers (those with an income of $150K+) own a smartphone, 80% of which have downloaded a mobile app. There is a missed opportunity for luxury brands looking to reach these consumers- only 12% of affluent consumers have downloaded a luxury brand’s app, but those that have report positive experiences and say they feel more connected to the luxury brand after downloading the app. L2
