DIY.org is a “community of kids who make.” It allows children to create a portfolio of their artworks and handmade crafts, and share them with other kids. The user-friendly website also comes with an iPhone app that allows users to upload photos and videos straight to their portfolio. The site has been designed to make sure that even a six-year-old can use it.
Furthermore, DIY.org promotes itself as a safe community where parents can setup an account to follow their child’s activities and ensure that nothing private is being posted. Parents can also give out fun stickers to their kid’s project to show support.
