Kraft has come up with a unique and fun way to thank its fans for liking its posts on the Mac & Cheese Facebook page. Last week, Kraft posted on its page, “LIKE this post, and you never know what may happen.” Over 4,600 fans clicked like, which set a record for the brand. Within 48 hours, Kraft rolled out a YouTube video featuring the ‘YellowJackets’, an a capella group who sang a seven-minute song that featured the names of the fans.

The video called ‘Likeapella’ is a smart tactic to show that the brand is listening online and appreciates the fans who support its social media activities. Kraft posted the video on its Facebook and wrote, “We LOVE it when you LIKE our posts. So we’re showing you some love back with a song personalized for you, our fans.”
