German designer, Hannes Harms, has possibly created the world’s flattest boombox, measuring only 0.5mm. The stylish electronic device is created from a stainless steel sheet, where all the speaker components are housed in the perforated piece.
Furthermore, these slim audio devices can be shipped flat, reducing packaging waste and carbon emissions. The materials used are also 100% recyclable, making the product even more attractive for eco-friendly consumers. Unfortunately, Harms has not confirmed at this stage if this flat boombox will enter production for the commercial market.
