PC Mag covers a story that Facebook has settled out of court over the use of users’ images in ads. The magazine says that it avoided potential damages in the billions with its deal in California. One unlucky member of the class-action found his face across the social network when he posted a link to a 55-gallon drum of “Passion Natural Water-Based Lubricant” on his Facebook wall. PC Mag
