Last week the online social networking company held a policy summit for 40 ad agencies to clear up confusion around its rapidly-changing policies for ads, apps and pages. Agencies shared frustrations around the company’s haphazard policy changes, its effect on their clients and campaigns and how to better notify them in the future.
