Created by designer Nancy Tsang, the Instant Date Pop-Up is a project that features a life-sized pop-up card complete with table and chairs. This 8x8ft pop-up includes two classic Eame’s Eiffle chairs, a table, and two coffees, recreating the look of a casual cafe locale. Tsang also created a miniature pop-up card version at 1:7 scale that features miniature furniture and accessories as well. Inspired by the cardboard ‘Pop-up’ office by duo Scheffknecht and Wagner in 2009, Tsang’s Instant Date opens on the seam and includes complex curved shapes.
