Sun Valley Resort promotes one of its summer activities made available to anyone at a computer.

Sun Valley Resort in the U.S. has come up with a clever competition that allows users to skip stones in real-time from anywhere in the world. The campaign involves Skippy, the Stone Skipping Robot that has been placed by a lake, over-looking the mountains. Users can go online to control Skippy by adjusting the angle and power, and watching it throw the rock. The video can then be shared with friends on Facebook or Twitter.

The competition was created by the ad agency Eleven to help promote Sun Valley Resort as an equally nice summer vacation spot, as it’s primarily known for its winter outdoor activities. Watch the video below to see Skippy in action.
