Speakers Line Up For PSFK CONFERENCE LONDON

Creative minds from the arts, technology, design and business will appear at PSFK’s fourth London conference to the latest trends, inspirations, and ideas.

With less than 2 months to go before our big event at London’s Southbank Centre, we thought we’d drop you all a line to give you an idea of the types of speakers who will be there on 13th September.

Of course, it’s going to be a list of a bunch of folks who you haven’t heard of before, you may know a couple of their names but haven’t heard speak – and there will be one or two old favorites. What can we say? Trust us on this – have we failed you guys before??

Here’s a break down on who we have invited and why:

  • Richard Banks - author who explores our digital lives after our analog one ends
  • Jonathan Ford of Pearlfisher – uses years of experience to create analog solutions for the needy
  • Dan Germain of Innocent Drinks – storyteller who has inspired & taught so many
  • Tamara Giltsoff - tireless innovator at the public policy level
  • Jeff Griffin – brand-love pioneer, whether he knows it or not
  • Daniel Hirschmann and Bethany Koby of Technology Will Save Us - explore new ways of value and education
  • Jason Milligan of Sesame Workshop – re-imagining the show’s storyline for the Kinect-era TV
  • John Pugh of Boehringer Ingelheim – brilliantly applies gaming for health and wellness
  • Drew Purves of Microsoft Research – analyzes the macro forces shaping our planet
  • DJ Spooky - remotely demonstrates the ‘app’ as an instument of creativity
  • Stan Stalnaker of Hub Culture – alternative currency developer, community creator
  • James Tichenor and Josh Walton, of Rockwell Group - create digital play in the real-world
  • Julian Thomson of Jaguar – concepts new cars – need we say more.
  • Diana Verde Nieto of PositiveLuxury.com – mixes data with environmentalism for better living
  • James Tichenor and Josh Walton, of Rockwell Group - create digital play in the real-world
  • Russell Davis and Ben Terrett of Government Digital Services - helping government use tech to make lives better

There will be more speakers that we will announce over the next few weeks but in the meantime do consider buying your ticket early. We have this amazing venue (Purcell Room) and we’re really looking forward to filling it up with all you guys for a day of sharing inspiration. Tickets are just 295UKPounds plus booking fee.

Hoping you can make it. Details and tickets here: http://www.psfk.com/events/psfk-conference-london-2012
