Richard Branson’s Virgin Limited Edition isn’t just known for its planes in the sky, but also this peculiar underwater aircraft. The Necker Nymph is described as a three-person aero-submarine that uses hydrodynamic forces to ‘fly’ through in the ocean like a plane would. It can travel as deep as 30 meters below the surface.

The high-tech vehicle was designed and built by renowned engineer, Graham Hawkes. It’s been reported that the Necker Nymph is a world-first of its kind, and Richard Branson is the only one to own it. However, it can be hired at a weekly rate of $25,000 when guests stay at the Virgin Limited Edition Necker Belle private holiday resort.
