Roximity is a new location-aware daily deal site working alongside clients like Jimmy Johns, Jamba Juice, Walmart, Kraft, and Qdoba. The coupon-pushing app, which you can use from an iPhone, is now integrated with Ford’s infotainment platform.
When you drive close to a pre-set category you want to get deals from, you’ll get a notification on your iPhone – or, the driver can say something like ‘lunch deals’ to get a list of nearby deals. The amount of convenience this afford is noteworthy. The development of voice recognition will work alongside other advancements in technology (i.e. GPS-awareness) to further bolster luxuries in our automotive experience.
