Starbucks will start to use square for mobile payments- currently, baristas will swipe patrons’ credit cards, but eventually, patrons with a dedicated ‘Pay With Square App’ will be able to pay at the register just by saying their name. As part of the deal, Starbucks invested $25M into Square. Telegraph
