Advertising firm Wieden+Kennedy isn’t just known for producing creative campaigns, but also for its active involvement in community projects. The W+K 12 is a dedicated team consisting of 12 talented people with various backgrounds who get together to help with charity work. Recently, the W+K 12 team collaborated with a few staff from the ad agency to come up with an interesting way to raise money.

As part of the ‘Insert Change Here’ event, vending machines were placed in a gallery space that allowed visitors to purchase unique artworks and cool merchandise. The dispensers were filled with drawings and postcards, stickers and dolls. Guests could also use their loose change to see a live performance.

Over 650 people visited the gallery, and the dispensers collected more than $4,000. All proceeds from the event went to the Sun Community Schools.
