As we wrap up the third week of our month-long Future of Work series, we’re taking a look back at the topics covered as part of the Millennial Management Style, a shift in the way companies are designing internal policies and practices in order to appeal to the attitudes and expectations of a younger, digitally-savvy workforce. The top-down, closed door thinking of the past is making way for company cultures based on shared responsibility, openness and trust. These initiatives are aimed at empowering and engaging employees by enabling to them have a more direct say in the direction of the company and their careers.
