Art group 'The UpSideUp' combined different styles to make an installation outside the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco.

Emma Hutchings

Art group The UpSideUp posted a lovely piece of street art on the exterior wall of the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco. Lots of white origami butterflies were arranged to spell the word “fly”, followed by a trail of different colored butterflies. The group describe their work on Twitter:

This ‘mindful’ street art uses origami to create a fleeting and temporary installation. They live only as long as the surrounding elements allow.
