As we wrap up our final week of trends in our month-long Future or Work series, we’re looking back at topics covered as part of The Empowered Employee and how access to digital tools and information is creating a new class of employee who is able to able to work across multiple disciplines and projects, and do so from any location. The versatility of this often remote, mobile employee is requiring companies to rethink the function of physical office, hiring practices and management styles to accommodate a more fluid workforce.
