ELIOOO is an instruction book by Antonio Scarponi that is a step-by-step guide on how to build and run different types of indoor planting systems.
Architect and designer Antonio Scarponi has created an instruction book called ELIOOO, which shows you how to build a hydroponic system to grow plants, herbs, or vegetables at home, using IKEA products.
The step-by-step guide features hand-drawn illustrations, with everything you need to know about constructing and maintaining six different types of hydroponic devices, from a small non-circulating device that holds up to four pots, to a large circulating device that holds up to thirty.
Scarponi chose to use IKEA components because of the ubiquitous nature of the chain, so people will be able to get hold of the easily accessible and affordable off-the-shelf products.
ELIOOO reached its $10,000 goal on Indiegogo last week and if the campaign is very successful a micropublishing company will be set up that could carry different editions of the book and produce other similar projects in the near future. You can learn more about ELIOOO in the video below:
