We featured Lytro earlier this year, where we explained how this compact camera can revolutionize the way people take and edit photos. The camera uses light-field technology to record information so that users can refocus the photo after it has been taken. Now, a new feature of Lytro will add even more flexibility by letting users change the point-of-view of a still image.
The Perspective Shift feature will be available in the free Lytro Desktop software update, which will be released on 4 December. The new feature lets users slightly change the angle of the picture by clicking and dragging it in in any direction. Try it for yourself in the image below:
