Lingerie company Dear Kate offers leak-resistant underwear that protect women during that time of the month or pregnancy, when accidents can happen. The company’s founder utilized her chemical engineering background to create the patent-pending fabric that lines each pair of underwear. It is comprised of two absorbent microfiber layers and a thin, breathable outer layer that is liquid-resistant. The machine washable underwear can hold up to three teaspoons of liquid.
Mashable reports that there are many styles available now to pre-order from the website, which cost between $28-$38. There is also a matching bralet ($42) and bodysuit ($108), and more options will be released early next year.
