Stop-Motion Video Created Using Moleskine Notebooks

Audiovisual designer creates an unconventional animated commercial for the brand’s new planner edition.

Designer Rogier Wieland created a clever stop-motion video for the new colored Moleskine notebooks using mostly the notebooks themselves. In the video, the notebooks turn into cars, clocks, and even an airplane. The craftsmanship that went into the creation of this video is astounding, particularly in how the text treatment is coordinated with the movements of the camera angles. We also loved the editing work and how the creators played with the scale of the objects depicted.
