To tie in with the Mayan end of the world on December 21st, the brand has created a microsite with a fun game starring retired NBA star Dikembe Mutombo.

The Mayans predicted that the world is going to end on December 21st. To stop that from happening, Old Spice has created a wacky 8-bit adventure game on a microsite called ‘Dikembe Mutombo’s 4 ½ Weeks to Save the World‘. Each week, a new adventure will unlock, and players need to help the retired NBA star carve additional time into the Mayan calendar. You can also see how much time we have left with a countdown and live stream of a machine carving out a Mayan ring. You can check out the video introduction below:
