When some of the PSFK team were leaving Munich yesterday, we noticed a new information booth at the airport that uses video-chat. With a press of a button, users are connected to a blue-coated assistant who appears on screen as if they were using Apple’s FaceTime.

While we only tested the system a couple of times, we were impressed with how the service knew where we were and the remote assistant could still send us the correct way when we asked for directions. Check out the quick video below:
