Google has identified common problems customers face when they shop online, including not finding the product they’re looking for in search, experiencing a complicated checkout process, and being recommended products they’re simply not interested in.

To highlight these problems, Google has produced three humorous parody videos that show what would happen if those issues applied to real life. The setting is at a supermarket where shoppers have a difficult time finding and buying the products they want.
