The Qii is a flexible keyboard that can be stashed just about anywhere. It rolls up into a pocket-sized case, which looks like an old film canister, and unfurls into a full-sized QWERTY keyboard. It connects wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth using an accompanying app and lets you type on almost any surface.
Qii is made of a thin, flexible, and transparent film with touch sensors and a textured surface. The carbon-based nanomaterial is also waterproof and dirt resistant. Gizmag reports that the keyboard’s case functions as a touchpad, enabling you to scroll and select elements on your device. Qii is currently just a concept, but it is raising funds on Indiegogo. you can see it in action in the video below:
