RT+P came up with a creative and interesting way to usher in its new employees.
Red Tettemer + Partners hired 16 new employees in the last six months, and to welcome the new staff the creative agency created miniature sculptures of each one. The choice of the material was crayons.
The new hires had their likeness carved onto a coloring crayon by Steve Thompson, the Associate Creative Director and Maker at RT+P. Each of the crayons have an uncanny resemblance to the staff. The agency explained that:
The hires were brought on to help handle new business, and the agency will continue to welcome new employees with a creative twist. Simultaneous way to show off your agency’s capabilities and out of the box thinking as well as celebrate and announce new hires.
