Influential Designers Create Posters For Climate Change Awareness

Pentagram’s ‘Do The Green Thing’ event marks its fifth anniversary this year to raise awareness about climate change through creativity. Starting today, March 1st, the organization will be releasing a new poster every day for 23 days, leading up to Earth Hour on 23 March.

Pentagram asked influential designers to come up with striking visuals and punchy taglines to promote sustainable living and environmental causes. Some of the artists include Tom Uglow, Michael Bierut, Harry Pearce, and Pete Fowler.

According to the website, the posters will be “the things that you’ve come to expect from us – beautiful, funny, cheeky, informative and ultimately a brilliant piece of ammunition in the fight against climate change.”
