Getting hold of the gear you need for a perfect photo-shoot just got easier

CameraLends is a company that helps photographers get access to the equipment they need without having to pay an arm and a leg for the privilege.

Adam Derewecki built his company to accomodate photographers at any level – be it beginner or seasoned pro. There are two ways in which the service is useful; the first is that the business provides a way to access equipment while on the road – without having to dedicate an entire suitcase to your gear. The second is that it makes equipment more accessible for those who can’t quite afford to buy the perfect lens or camera for their specific needs.

There are two sides to the coin. Local photographers can list their equipment for rent on the site and make some extra money when they aren’t doing their own shoots. Or, those in need of gear can find what they’re looking for and pay to rent it for a day, a week or a month, depending on availability. There are even packages available for certain cities and types of photography which can be a great deal.

So if you’ve been thinking about buying a $300+ lens but haven’t figured out how to afford it yet, CameraLends may be the answer you’re looking for.
