Located next to the Legoland theme park in Carlsbad, California, the new hotel features rooms designed around three themes to excite it’s guests: Pirate, Adventure and Kingdom. With almost 3,500 LEGO models throughout the hotel created out of over 3 million LEGO bricks, along with a restaurant, pool, separate sleeping areas, and a treasure hunt, the Legoland Hotel ensures that children won’t be bored on their family vacation.

Every room has at least eight LEGO models, a queen-size bed for grown-ups and a separate area for up to three kids with a bunk bed, pull-out trundle bed and their own TV.

Inside each room is a treasure chest that younger guests can unlock once they complete a special treasure hunt activity finding clues throughout their room. After solving four clues they should have the numbers needed to crack open the chest and discover a special gift inside.

The hotel has a number of special touches including a large wall behind the check-in desk covered in 5,000 LEGO mini figures and the Bricks Family Restaurant with a table cover to color in, giant LEGO kitchen equipment, enormous LEGO dishes of foods and LEGO spinning plates.
