Vacuuming around the house isn’t something most people look forward to, but what if you can use that time to exercise your brain? Household appliance brand Electrolux has come out with the Clean Your Mind program, an informal meditation program designed to fit the time it takes to do routine vacuum cleaning sessions.

The Clean Your Mind program was developed in collaboration with Gunilla Lönnberg, experienced mindfulness instructor and Master’s degree holder in public health science. The program was also developed to go with the brand’s UltraSilencer, their quietest vacuum cleaner, which makes it possible to turn a vacuuming session into a moment of informal meditation.

The program includes a set of six tracks available on Soundcloud, iTunes, and Spotify. The tracks can be easily adapted to fit the area that you need to clean–number of rooms and size of your home. The tracks include background sounds derived from the sounds of the vacuum cleaner.

The clip below shows how music producer Tobias Lindén created a relaxing track based on vacuum cleaner sounds.

The video below explains the Clean Your Mind program.
