Twinkind is a pop-up studio in Hamburg, Germany that offers to produce custom life-like, 3D-printed figurines of humans and pets. The miniature versions are created using state-of-the art 3D scanning and color printing technology.

A multi-camera setup is used in order to obtain maximum detail, resulting in stunning figurines that can be held and observed from any angle. Participants can choose from seven different sizes of figures, from 15cm (€225) up to 35cm (€1290).

The 3D scanning is as quick and easy as being photographed, with the custom-engineered photogrammetry 3D scanner enabling the capture of a full 3D scan in the blink of an eye. Once the system has analyzed all the details, a digital likeness is turned into a sculpture using the latest color 3D printing technology. Click through to see some examples of figures:
