Park At My Garage is a new service and social community that aims to help people save money on the cost of parking each year – up to 70% according to their website.

The premise is fairly straightforward – as an alternative to expensive parking spaces in the city, you log on to PAMG and find someone who has a parking space available. Depending on how long you want the space for, you can choose to pay hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.

Not only is the service a great way to avoid expensive parking in the city, it can also help to reduce costs for people who need to find parking near mainline railway stations, hospitals, airports and sporting events.

Apart from people in search of a parking space, the service can also be a great way for people to make use of an asset they may not be making proper use of – their driveway.

According to the site, there are some people making $50,000 a year from PAMG. It’s all a question of location, number of spaces, and marketing – but it could still be a great way to pay for your next vacation, or save some money for a rainy day.

The growing network of users are verified by connecting to social networks or scanning official forms of IDs. There’s also a feedback and review system so you can be sure your car is safe wherever you’re going to park it.

Available on your mobile and tablet devices as well, the service could be a great way to find last minute parking spaces – saving you a lot of money in the process.
