Early morning parties offer massages and smoothies instead of drugs and alcohol.

Morning Glory is an East London-based club hosting a new wave of keep fit classes.

Founders Samantha Moyo and Nico Thoemmes are aiming to buck the trend of rigid and at times tedious gym sessions and classes and are inviting people to try an ‘invigorating dance experience.’ The team come from a background in contemporary dance, yoga and bodywork therapy and want the session to have a free-for-all feel, whether that be dancing to the beat, off the beat, stretching or crunching.

And as they mention on their website ‘no it’s not an after party, please turn up sober ready for the day ahead.’
