Red Bull posted a video on Instagram last week featuring Russian daredevil Valery Rosoz jumping off Mount Everest. The 6-second video repackaged content posted on YouTube earlier this year which included a short documentary about his climb and the record-breaking BASE jump.
Business Insider reports that by posting its video on Instagram instead of rival Vine, Red Bull was able to reach more than 844,000 followers, over 19 times the number of its followers on Vine. The short clip generated 30,000 likes within just 24 hours of being posted.
