Hammerhead is a social bike navigation tool that guides riders safely along routes with blinking lights. The accompanying app also provides local crowdsourced routes, which could help make biking an even more popular mode of transportation.

Cyclists can get the information they need through the corner of their eye, and keep their eyes safely on the road. They can also create routes and share them with the community or compete in real-time.

The tool works well in all light and weather conditions, and users can customize the light array within the app to suit their preferences. Rides can be discovered based on distance, scenery or difficulty and Hammerhead will guide users through the route seamlessly with safe and intuitive turn-by-turn instructions.

The navigation tool features bright RGB LEDs, which are capable of a wide range of signals including the distance to turns and destination, when to turn left and right, a headlight for night visibility, and side lights to indicate turns to cars. Hammerhead is currently raising funds on Dragon Innovation, where backers can get the bike navigation tool and mounts for $75.
