Fiat’s Live Store will enhance the overall online consumer experience, which will shorten the purchase-decision process.
On September 25, Fiat will be opening its first digital car dealership in Brazil. Fiat wants to introduce a new way of selling automobile by employing communicative aspects of the web. Creating a seamless bridge between web and real life, Live Store will connect people to a team of Fiat experts, who will assist customers in a virtual test drive experience of any Fiat car model.
Fiat customer representatives will wear a MyStream helmet, especially developed by AgênciaClick Isobar for Fiat, featuring a high-resolution eye-level micro camera, a microphone, headphones, and a streaming device all to give customers an up-close-and-personal tour. The idea is to detach customers from hackneyed product pictures so that they can examine Fiat cars from a new interactive perspective.
Hoping to scale over the project to other flag ship stores in the next few years, Fiat believes this is a new way to provide services, products, and advertising.
