Ad Agency Launches Paper Website To Attract New Talent

"Create Cool Shit" relies on printing and snail mail to get its message across.

Indie creative agency Red Tettemer O’Connell & Partners recently started the search for some imaginative new interactive talent using a tongue-in-cheek paper website called “Create Cool Shit.” Visitors can print information from the website, or request a copy which will arrive in the mail after 6-8 weeks.

The site offers a wide range of analog information about the agency and its interactive department which includes a paper demonstration of responsive design, a print out of the agency’s twitter feed, obligatory parallax and more. The move is in response to the strong digital growth experience by the Philly-based agency, which has included web and mobile products for clients like Under Armour, Fox Networks, Planet Fitness and Ripken Baseball.

As a result, the agency’s interactive department annexed to Brooklyn in the last year, which is looking for talented programmers and interactive designers alongside RTO+P’s Philly, Venice, and CA offices.

The full service agency stops at nothing to make its clients unforgettable, they build ideas on every platform and through every discipline from Brand Planning to Interactive; PR, Social Media and Community Building to Design; and Media Planning and Buying to Broadcast Production.

So, if the agency sounds like somewhere you might like to work, or you know anyone who fits the bill, be sure to head over to Create Cool Shit and have a look.
