The U.S. military has commissioned a Tactical Assault Light Operator Suit (TALOS) that sounds like something from an Iron Man movie. The suit will give the wearer superhuman abilities such as night vision, amplified hearing, and enhanced strength. It will even enable the wearer to walk through a barrage of bullets without being harmed.

The TALOS project aims to increase mobility and protection for the army’s Special Operation Forces. The suit will combine nanotechnology and Kevlar to become the ultimate full-body armor.

The high-tech suit will utilize MIT’s research of liquid armor. According the the press release, the material can transform from a “liquid state to solid in milliseconds when a magnetic field or electrical current is applied.”
