To those of you who use schedule conflicts as an excuse to avoid the dentist, it is time to come up with a better lie. Dr. Sara Creighton and business partner Lowell Caulder are working to launch the first mobile dental office in San Francisco.

Studio Dental will be a 230-square -foot office on wheels equipped with TV monitors and all the latest dental equipment. Even though the office is much smaller than a typical dental office, the trailer will still feature 12-foot-high ceilings and skylights in an attempt to add a feeling of spaciousness. Attempting to make it easier and more convenient for people to visit the dentist, the Studio Dental will visit you at work.

The office is expected to be open for business in January 2014, but is still seeking funding on Indiegogo. Office visits have already been booked by Google and Dropbox. You can request time with Studio Dental at your workplace by visiting their site here.
