Create an original masterpiece or draw all over your favorite photos before you share them with friends.

Twitter recently expanded its offering for Android users, creating an app optimized specifically for Android tablets. There was one feature that attracted a lot more attention than the others, the ability to draw directly onto your photos before you share them with others, as well as the option to start with a blank canvas and create your own masterpiece.

A recent blog post from the company mentioned that the app was compatible with Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10.1-2014 Edition, including the S-Pen feature.  The true possibilities of the feature were left to our imaginations until Twitter released a Vine on Wednesday that showed an artist creating a colorful image of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.

Samsung played their part in promoting the feature by posting a Tweet of their own that showed off some creative talent from within the company, which was followed up with a response from Twitter shortly afterwards. Being able to illustrate your own photos is likely to increase the amount of photos being shared on the site, which could ultimately increase engagement across the platform.
