JR Installs Paper Graffiti At The NYC Ballet [Video]

Three unique performances will form part of the Art Series 2014.

Street artist JR has partnered with the New York City Ballet as part of their Art Series 2014 to create an installation inspired by the energy and spirit of the dancers. The installation will be seen in three live performances over three evenings at the Lincoln Center in January and February, during which a group of contemporary dancers will interact with a huge sheet of white paper to reveal a human eye.

The performances will happen on January 23rd, February 7th, and February 13th, with tickets available for $29 from the New York City Ballet website. If you still need convincing, you can get a sneak preview of the performance in the video below.
