What Iconic Celebs Would Look Like If They Worked In A Tattoo Parlor [Pics]

The Shopped Tattoos blog envisions what famous celebs and iconic figures would look like if they were covered in artistic ink.

Inspired by his Native American heritage, a fascination with tattoos and the appropriation art of Andy Warhol, Seattle-based artist Cheyenne Randall incorporated all these elements into a new project that sees photoshopped tattoos onto iconic images of celebrities.

Famous faces range across the past and present – Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Albert Einstein, Bob Marley and Arnold Schwarzenegger are just some who show up in Randall’s blog, Shopped Tattoos. Even President Obama and Prince William are not immune from a tattoo sleeve or two at the hands of Randall. The artist told the Today Show:

I’ve always been interested in tattooing. I started out by drawing tattoos on certain personalities in magazines and wanted to step it up. I taught myself Photoshop and thus began a slight obsession with seeing out of pure curiosity what some of my favorite iconic personalities would look like perhaps if they were in a parallel universe or took another path in life. Really I just let my imagination run wild.
